
Scottsdale Plastic Surgeon Dr. Deborah White
Dr. White began her illustrious career as the valedictorian of Amphitheater High School in Tucson, Arizona. She graduated from the prestigious Harvard University after obtaining her degree in Biology, and then returned to Tucson to attend medical school at the University of Arizona. Dr. White completed her internship and residency in General Surgery at Maricopa Medical Center where she also had a fellowship in Plastic Surgery, including Craniofacial Surgery, Aesthetic Surgery, and Hand Surgery. Plastic Surgery Residency at the University of New Mexico was followed by another fellowship in Breast Reconstruction and Aesthetic Surgery with world-renowned surgeons in Nashville, Tennessee.
Dr. White has authored and co-authored multiple articles in national and international journals, as well as writing chapters for textbooks. She has taught courses at the national and international levels and made multiple television appearance. These include two seasons of one of the first "reality" series, "A Personal Story" that aired on The Learning Channel. In keeping with her artistic talents, she has illustrated books and journal articles for herself and other surgeons. She drew the illustrations for an anti-smoking coloring book which was recently published.
Dr. White is the current and past president of the Rocky Mountain Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons, current Vice President of the Arizona Society of Plastic Surgeons, as well as a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, and the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery. She volunteers weekly at a multispecialty clinic to provide free second opinions for women with breast cancer.

After 11 years of training in Medicine and Plastic Surgery, Dr. White returned to Arizona, where she now runs a thriving Plastic Surgery Clinic in beautiful Scottsdale. She has been in solo practice for 15 years, and has extensive expertise in all areas of Cosmetic Surgery, with particular expertise in Plastic Surgery after Massive Weight Loss, Aesthetic Breast Surgery, revisionary Breast Surgery, and Ultrasound-Assisted Liposuction.
