68 yo. 5’3” 195 lbs. Had gastric sleeve and lost 130 lbs. Extra skin made walking/exercising/fitting into clothing extremely difficult. Pannus weighed 19 lbs without blood and fluid. Photos are preop and 1 year and 3 months postop.
