BODY CONTOURING AFTER MASSIVE WEIGHT LOSS
Massive weight loss is a challenging process, and patients often find it very difficult to achieve their ideal body aesthetic even after reaching their target weight. Patients who undergo massive weight loss are often left with excess skin, stubborn fat, and stretched-out abdominal muscles. Dr. White can design a personalized body contouring treatment plan for correcting these issues, so patients can overcome the cosmetic and functional concerns holding them back from living their best life after accomplishing their weight loss goals.
Arm Lift
Arm lift surgery, or brachioplasty, addresses excess skin and fat in the upper arms to create slimmer contours. This procedure involves removing excess skin and fat and tightening the remaining skin to give the upper arms a firmer, more toned appearance.
EXTENDED ARM LIFT
With this procedure, Dr. White extends the arm lift incision down the side of the chest, ending at the fold under the breast. This allows her to combine arm tightening with lateral chest tightening.
UPPER BODY LIFT
An upper body lift combines the arm lift, the lateral chest lift, and a breast lift to rejuvenate the upper torso. For some patients, Dr. White performs this procedure by combining a braline back lift with an arm lift and breast lift. This approach is extremely effective for comprehensively lifting the upper torso but does come with more extensive post-op marks.
Belt Lipectomy
A belt lipectomy is a body contouring surgery that targets the trunk, buttocks, groin area, and outer thighs. This procedure is frequently recommended for patients after massive weight loss.
Body Lift
A body lift is a surgical procedure that can recontour multiple areas of the body. With this procedure, Dr. White removes excess skin and stubborn fat while tightening loose muscles. Body lift surgery is often recommended after massive weight loss.
Buttock Lift
For buttock enhancement surgery, we perform either the Brazilian butt lift (BBL) or buttock lift surgery. BBL procedures are performed using a fat transfer technique. Fat is first removed from a donor area where excess fat is present. The fat is purified and then injected into the buttocks to create fuller, rounder contours. A buttock lift, on the other hand, involves the removal of excess skin from the buttocks for noticeable tightening and firming.
Labiaplasty
Labiaplasty is a cosmetic surgery designed for women with enlarged labia. This procedure can involve surgically modifying the labia majora (outer lips) and/or labia minora (inner lips), depending on the patient’s desired outcome. Labiaplasty is usually performed in the office using local anesthesia and is very well-tolerated.
Liposuction
Liposuction is the most common body contouring procedure. Dr. White can perform this procedure to permanently remove unwanted fat from one or more target areas, including the thighs, abdomen, buttocks, chest, and upper arms. This procedure can be performed alone or combined with other body contouring procedures.
Mommy Makeover
A mommy makeover is a body procedure that can help women reclaim their ideal body shape after childbirth and breastfeeding. This procedure usually targets both the breast and abdominal areas. Depending on the needs of the patient, the treatment may include any combination of breast augmentation, a breast lift, a breast reduction, mini or full abdominoplasty, and liposuction.
