49 yo. 5’8” 135 lbs woman. 2 children. Patient had subpectoral saline implants 325 cc filled to R:390 cc’s and L:385 cc’s in 2001. Implants now too low and lateral and have rippling.
Implants used: Mentor Style 1000 Moderate Plus Profile, Smooth, Round gel implants. 425 cc’s
Subpectoral location. Inframammary approach.
