48 yo 5’3” 107 lbs. Preop size 32D 2 children. Patient had previous 450 cc transaxillary, subpectoral, Saline implants 9 years previously. Patient wants same size. Implants are displaced laterally and inferiorly with rippling.

Implants used: Mentor Style 4000 textured, high profile, gels R:450 cc’s, L: 425 cc’s.

Subpectoral location. Inframammary incision.
