44 yo. 5’5” 150 lbs. Preop cup size A. Had gastric bypass and lost 105 lbs. Also had belt lipectomy and upper blepharoplasties. Implants: Mentor Style 7000 Smooth Round Moderate Profile Gel L:275 cc’s, R:300 cc’s Subpectoral location. Breast Lift incision. Photos are preop and 1 year postop.

30 yo after 80 lb weight loss with lap band. Wanted better shape and fullness for her breasts. Patient has Mentor Smooth Round Moderate Plus gel implants L:375 cc, R:400 cc. Place using breast lift incision in the subpectoral position. Pt. lost another 45 lbs after surgery. Photos are preop and 4 years post op.
