Patient had original surgery 11 years ago with 320 cc subpectoral get implants. The patient feels they are still too large, asymmetric, and droopy, and she dislikes the way they move with muscle contraction. We changed her to smaller implants in front of the muscle and did a breast lift. Implants are Sientra textured low-profile gel filled implants R:255 cc and L:190 cc
