40 yo 5’3’’ 135lbs 2 children Preop D cup, post op C/D cup. Had saline prepectoral implants done through transaxillary approach, with severe capsular contractures . She had had multiple closed capsulectomies without lasting results. Wanted to go bigger. Very thin skin with little breast tissue. Had 450 cc’s and agreed to go smaller after discussion of options and risks.

Implants: Mentor Style 5000 ultra high profile 375cc gel implants. Submuscular position through mastopexy incision.
