View 6 of 630 yo after 80 lb weight loss with lap band. Wanted better shape and fullness for her breasts. Patient has Mentor Smooth Round Moderate Plus gel implants L:375 cc, R:400 cc. Place using mastopexy incision in the subpectoral position. Pt. lost another 45 lbs after surgery. Photos are preop and 4 years post op.
